• To create and manage your Dripdirective account.
• To save your wardrobe, profile, uploaded photos, and generated looks.
• To provide AI styling, image analysis, outfit recommendations, and try-on features.
• To improve app reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support requests.
• To communicate about account, security, support, or product updates when needed.

Sharing and processors

• We do not sell personal information.
• We share data only with service providers needed to run Dripdirective, such as cloud hosting, storage, database, and AI processing providers.
• Uploaded images, wardrobe details, profile context, and prompts may be processed by AI service providers when you use styling, image analysis, or try-on features.

Retention and deletion

• We keep account, profile, wardrobe, image, recommendation, and generated content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
• You can request account or data deletion by contacting us. After verification, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
• Backups and logs may take additional time to expire from our systems.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS where supported. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to authorized use.
